Nature as my guideline

I started photography back in the time when film cameras were still the standard. Using the camera of my parents and experimenting a little with photographic paper in the darkroom got me excited to buy my first camera. Now, about 15 years later, my equipment changed but my excitement for photography stayed.

My passion is spending time in nature. Whether it’s a nice hike in the mountains, cycling through the landscape or spotting wild animals and birds in nature reserves. Capturing these wonderful moments in time through the lens of a camera is a big privilege. It allows me to see nature in a different way that would have been unnoticed to my eyes otherwise. Photography has already brought me to many fantastic places and I hope many special moments are still to come.
